Aero City Maintenance is the largest Diamond and Icon Aircraft certified service center in the western United States. We also specialize in servicing Garmin equipped Citation single pilot jets. Our technicians are trained and certified to analyze, maintain, upgrade and repair these high-tech, state-of-the art aircraft with continuing education course schedules to constantly assure the highest level of service to you and your machine.

As a pilot owned facility we understand the customer as well as understand their equipment. Through targeted specialization in a specific range of aircraft we have a depth of knowledge and parts inventory that facilitates rapid diagnosis and quick turnaround.

A centrally located, one-stop shop, ACM has the skill and experience to work on every aspect of your plane, from avionics to engine overhaul and equipment upgrades to cosmetic upgrades. In addition to first-rate aircraft maintenance ability and unrivaled customer service at our Long Beach location, we also provide AOG services to our clients in remote locations.

Adjacent training facilities, Angel City Flyers and Aero City Jets, can provide aircraft rental and training while your aircraft is being serviced. Combine your own currency and training while we look after your aircraft maintenance and service needs.

Engine Overhaul

If you’re at TBO or if your engine has reached the point where performance power is less than optimum, we can help.

  • Full overhaul
  • Overhaul exchange
  • Remanufactured exchange

We can do engine exchanges to minimize your down time, shortening the typical 6- to 8-week overhaul time to 2 weeks.

We are also an Austro engine approved maintenance facility and specialize in Continental CD-135 replacements and upgrades as well as 1.7L to CD-135 (2.0L) conversions. Let us know what you need, we’ll order the parts in advance, and get started when your aircraft arrives.
